Package: libxml-sax-writer-perl
Version: 0.52-1
Severity: normal

There are patches in this module which
* were not forwarded upstream
* although they look plausible no real evidence on why
they are needed was collected
* The developer who put them in has moved on.
* If required then the upstream developer really ought to know about them but
he deserves some evidence rather than having to look at them cold.
I am particularly thinking of

file_consumer_encoding.patch
quote_xml_version.patch
