Package: libwww-mechanize-twiki-perl

I wrote WWW::Mechanize::TWiki and will be retiring it soon in favor of
a WWW::Mechanize::Foswiki module being developed.

Even more importantly, the dependency for this package (twiki) has
already been removed (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug= 559353)
