Hello everybody,

#559968 is a duplicate of #544751, which was reassigned to the package
libstaden-read-dev by Ryan Niebur. I had set up an ‘affects’ relation between
544751 and libbio-scf-perl, but it is not displayed on the source package's bug
summary. I hope the above command will correct the situation.
