Thanks for letting me know. As you may have noticed, I've been
adopting/packaging a lot of things recently, so I must've overlooked
this one.

What is the correct way to proceed here? If you proceed with the
upload, I can send appropriate commands to the control server to
reopen the improperly closed bug and to close the correct one; or, if
you reject the upload, we can re-upload another version 0.07-2 with
the correct closer line.
