Bug#564772: libjavascript-perl: Segfaults with wpad extraction code

I tried with a backported libjavascript-perl 1.14-1 (replaced the
debian/rules file and reduced the versioned dependencies on quild and
debhelper), and with this version the segfault is gone but the script
is still unable to extract the proxy setting.

To be clear, the expected output from the script is

  http_proxy=http://webcache:3128
  ftp_proxy=http://webcache:3128

The sefault is just a bump in the road.  The real problem is the
failing java script execution.
