Builds for me locally but not on a server via cowpoke.

*A litte later*

It _built_ locally against librrds-perl 1.3.8-1. After updating
cowbuilder librrds-perl 1.4.2-1 was available, and the failure is now
the same on i386 like on the remote amd64 (which already had 1.4.2-1).

Now someone needs to find out what has changed in rrdtool ...
