Bug#567758: Proposed-RM: libconfig-ini-simple-perl -- RoM; no upstream, similar functionality provided by other packages

Package: libconfig-ini-simple-perl
Version: 0.02-1
Severity: important

Config::INI::Simple does no longer exist on CPAN [1] and has no reverse
dependencies.  Similar functionality is provided by libconfig-ini-perl,
libconfig-tiny-perl.

I therefore propose to remove libconfig-ini-simple-perl from Debian.
If there are no objections, I will change this bug report to a removal
request in a few days.
