Bug#588021: jifty: Non-English manpages installed on standard (English) man page directory

Hi,

I just noticed via your override for lintian's spelling-error-in-manpage 
warning that the non-English man pages are not installed in the right 
directories. E.g.

usr/share/man/man3/Jifty::Manual::Tutorial_de.3pm.gz
should be moved to
usr/share/man/de/man3/Jifty::Manual::Tutorial.3pm.gz

(and yes, that silences lintian :)
