Bug#591006: libdatetime-perl: Incorrect versioned depends on libdatetime-locale-perl

When installing this version of libdatetime-perl on lenny, you end up
with:

DateTime::Locale version 0.4 required--this is only version 0.35 at /usr/lib/perl5/DateTime.pm line 41.

because although the Build-Depends is correct (>= 1:0.41) the Depends
is not.

This has been fixed in an upload to bpo, but it should be fixed for
squeeze to to avoid breakage during upgrades.
