Bug#582584: eekboek: working.html hrefs to .gz files

working.html has links to schema.dat and mutaties.eb, but clicking on
them in mozilla gives "file not found".  I suppose the usual gzipping of
/usr/doc should be suppressed on them to be linked from html.
