Subject: gearman-server: Server hangs when job is submitted
Package: gearman-server
Version: 1.09-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

*** Please type your report below this line ***
After installing, I tried to submit a simple job via python's gearman
interface. The server was started with --debug=1 and clients/workers
could connect (when the server is killed with running workers, the
disconnect is reported).
After submitting a job, client just waits for answer, the worker
doesn't report anything and the server prints out only:

Error: Can't locate object method "CMD_" via package
"Gearman::Server::Client" at /usr/share/perl5/Gearman/Server/Client.pm
line 407.

I couldn't get any job to work at all, or any valid response, so I'm
submitting this as unusable package.
