Hi,

GNOME creates environment variables according to the settings in the
GNOME control panel, e.g. http_proxy, https_proxy etc. If the user
selects “use proxy for all protocols”, it also creates variables
all_proxy and ALL_PROXY. These cause LWP::UserAgent to fail:

Can't locate LWP/Protocol/all.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/share/devscripts /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5
/usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 .) at (eval 22)
line 3.

Maybe this variable should be special-cased and ignored.

Thanks,
Joachim
