Either I do not agree or do not understand the reasoning of your 
request.

I agree that the full libraries of Test::More, Test::Perl::Critic and 
Module::Install has more documented authors and more stated copyright 
holders than the parts included with Atompub, but I fail to understand 
why those other parts not included here should be documented here?
