How do you mean "removed"?

If you mean that some files have been edited to no longer contain the 
copyright statements as in the upstream code, then I fail to locate any 
such cases when comparing.

If you mean that _other_ parts of upstream code than the inc/ subdir 
contains _other_ copyright statements than those inside of inc/ then I 
agree with you, but fail to understand how that is relevant here.


It would be most helpful if you could be more specific in your claims.
