Bug#623916: libmojolicious-perl: /usr/share/perl5/README.pod should not be included

The Debian packaging includes the file /usr/share/perl5/README.pod with
no real purpose.  Please remove it.

I discovered this when doing same error in the packaging of
libatomsub-perl andit failed to get installed together with
libmojolicious-perl.
