Bug#651681: clive: quvi options given in cliverc seem to be deprecated

Hi,

it looks like the options for quvi given in /usr/share/clive/cliverc are
deprecated. The message from clive/quvi is

Checking ...warning: --category-http: deprecated, use --category instead
warning: --quiet: deprecated, use --verbosity instead

Seems to be rather easy to suppress when you switch to the mentioned new
options:
