libchi-driver-memcached-perl?

Hello all,
Is anyone actively looking at packaging up the Memcache driver for CHI,
the Unified cache handling interface. I see libchi-perl has made it into
testing, but some of the power may come from the separate distributions
(http://search.cpan.org/~jswartz/CHI-0.50/lib/CHI.pm#AVAILABILITY_OF_DRIVERS)
such as Memcache, DBI, etc. I'm happy to package this, but perhaps I
should swing into the pkg-perl-maintainers group (if someone can point
me at relevant doco for procedures as a group); otherwise I'll just ITP
and upload independently if that's useful/OK?
