/usr/share/perl5/Email/MIME/CreateHTML/Resolver/Filesystem.pm uses 
File::Slurp::WithinPolicy on line 12, which is provided by package 
libfile-policy-perl, which is missing from the dependencies of package 
libemail-mime-createhtml-perl. This made the package unusable for me.
