Looking at the dependencies they should still work at least.
I'm moving them to the pkg-perl repo and change the bugs to ITA.

There's a bit of uncertainty around the licensing, cf.
<https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=59761>; but I guess we
can go with Ansgar's assumption.
