Bug#613388: libproc-processtable-perl: FTBFS on kFreeBSD

Hi,

libproc-processtable-perl fails to build on kFreeBSD.
The build system uses ExtUtils::MakeMaker hint files. The hints/$OSNAME script is
supposed to be called before the build:

perl -e 'print $^O."\n"'
gnukfreebsd

There is no hints/gnukfreebsd.pl script. On the other hand the linux.pl is actually
used to identify the glibc. If I call the hints/linux.pl script myself the build and
the test-suite run fine.
