Bug#614924: libfont-ttf-perl: New upstream version 0.48 is available

libfont-ttf-perl has not seen any update since 2008. And new upstream
version 0.48 has been available since December 2010 [1].

Note that the upgrade is a prerequisite for packaging
libfont-ttf-scripts-perl [2]

For Perl Group, also packaging that one would be much appreciated.
It's quite useful for manipulating fonts for complex text languages.
