Request for new package : Config::Merge

Yvon,
     I am sure we can manage this, though I have no idea when new 
packages will next get processed.

     I guess I should also point out that the preferred way of 
requesting a package is to enter an RFP (Request for package) bug report 
against the WNPP pseduo package using the reportbug tool.
