Bug#609409: dh-make-perl

How about making the mapping in the changelog by stylized changelog entries:

     * Email change: ansgar at 43-1.org -> ansgar at debian.org

This has the advantage of being self-docmenting and could be turned on 
by an option in ~/.dh-make-perl/dh-make-perl.conf. However it has a 
disadvantage that on ascension the developer has to do all his projects. 
I say "has to" but actually I intend to test whether it is compulsory.
