I have finally come to this patch, sorry for the absurd delay. In the 
mean time dh-make-perl has gone some restructuring and the patch is 
not that trivial to apply. Can you provide an updated patch that 
applies to current dh-make-perl? The current sources are available via 
anonymous SVN, but I guess you'd prefer the git-svn mirror at 
git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-perl/packages/dh-make-perl.git
