What we are seeing here is an incomplete renaming:

libsql-translator-perl (0.11008-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Rename source package to libsql-translator-perl, drop special
    binary sqlfairy package in favour of a Provides

Package: libsql-translator-perl
Architecture: all
Provides: sqlfairy
Conflicts: sqlfairy
Replaces: sqlfairy

That's actually ok :) 

Ok, so we need to ask for removal of the sqlfairy source and binary
package from unstable ...
(Please someone with more caffeine in their blood confirm.)
