The git server there doesn't respond (cf. also [0]), according to
http://wiki.clutter-project.org/wiki/Git_repositories#Perl_Bindings
the new home seems to be

  Clone:
        git clone git://git.gnome.org/perl-Clutter
        git clone http://git.gnome.org/browse/perl-Clutter
        git clone ssh://USERNAME@git.gnome.org/git/perl-Clutter 
  Browse:
        http://git.gnome.org/browse/perl-Clutter 


and "git clone git://git.gnome.org/perl-Clutter" actually does
something :)
