Bug#626987: dh-make-perl: Debian::WNPP::Query does not correctly invalidate cache or use platform-netural Storable format

After upgrading to perl 5.12, the following problem arises:

Byte order is not compatible at ../../lib/Storable.pm (autosplit into ../../lib/auto/Storable/_retrieve.al) line 380, at /usr/share/perl5/Debian/WNPP/Query.pm line 87

I think either the cache (~/.dh-make-perl/wnpp.cache) should be
automatically invalidated when this happens, or nstore should be used
instead of store.
