I can't install libdbd-oracle-perl on a Debian Squeeze 2.6.32-5-686

Dear Maintainers,

I am trying to install the package libdbd-oracle-perl.

with either apt-get install or dpkg -i, I get the following issue:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libdbd-oracle-perl : Depends: oracle-instantclient11.2-basic but it is 
not installable

On the website at http://packages.debian.org/sid/libdbd-oracle-perl it 
is written that:

dep: oracle-instantclient11.2-basic
Package not available

Is there any way to install this module the debian package way?
Or the only way to do it is either using Alien or from the sources?
Is this dependency issue coming from my server?
All I have on it is an instance of Apache + Nagios, both installed the 
Debian way with apt-get
