Your package failed to build from source:

    /usr/bin/perl /usr/share/perl/5.12/ExtUtils/xsubpp  -typemap /usr/share/perl/5.12/ExtUtils/typemap  Quota.xs > Quota.xsc && mv Quota.xsc Quota.c
    You need to make a myconfig.h.  See the file INSTALL.
    make[1]: *** [myconfig.h] Error 1
