clive will switch to using quvi as a backend.  Support for additional
video sites should thus be added there and not in clive.

Upstream the switch already happened with clive 2.3.x.  Sadly the
libquiv package in Debian seems not to be very well maintained so I have
refraind from uploading the newer version to Debian so far.
