Bug#641653: kephra: Please point the homepage to sourceforge

Version: 0.4.3.32+dfsg-1

The kephra package currently has Homepage: set to
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Kephra/, which is useful for developers, but
as a mere user who found the package interesting by reading the
description, I'd rather see something... more userfriendly. Something
with screenshots, so I'll see how it looks.

The cpan docs direct me to http://kephra.sourceforge.net/:

"More info and resources you find on our sourceforge web page under:

http://kephra.sourceforge.net"

This page has screenshots and everything else a mere mortal needs, I
think it'd be a better fit for the Homepage: field.
