This looks strange, could it be a temporary problem on your build
environment side? Because I just retried to rebuild, and it's fine.
Furthermore libtest-inline-perl is:
$ rmadison libtest-inline-perl
libtest-inline-perl | 2.103-1 | etch | source, all
libtest-inline-perl | 2.201-1.1 | lenny | source, all
libtest-inline-perl | 2.208-1 | squeeze | source, all
