    Drop unused (Build-)Depends(-Indep).
    
    Upstream deprecated SVN::Hooks::Mailer. This allow dropping
    (Build-)Depends(-Indep) on libemail-send-perl and libemail-simple-perl
    (>= 2.100) | libemail-simple-creator-perl.
