I'm adding 

  Replaces: libmysql-diff-perl (<= 0.43-1)
  Breaks: libmysql-diff-perl (<= 0.43-1)

to mysql-utilities and including list of provided utilities to package 
description to address #664120 ("libmysql-diff-perl: please provide mysqldiff 
keyword in package description") from mysql-utilities side.
