You can change the options clive passes to curl with the --get-with
options, see /usr/share/clive/cliverc for the ones currently in use.
cclive also has a --throttle option. I don't think it will be added to
clive as the website[1] says "clive is currently maintained only. Please
see cclive, the rewrite of clive, which is a more active project."
