Are these failures on Rasperry Pi, but including a official debian
armhf repository? Debian's armhf does not support the armv6l[1].

Am I correct that you ended with a system using armhf repos for
rapserry pi but mixing an Debian armhf repo?

In case you rasperry pi only armhf repository you might report this to
the rasperry pi project.
