Packages using Built-Using field cannot be checked with cme check
dpkg-control as they give an error due to missing support for the
field:

In binary:"gcc-mingw-w64": (function 'element_type') unknown element 'Built-Using'. Either you file has an error or Dpkg::Control::Binary model is lagging behind. In the latter case, please submit a bug report or fix the model. See cme man page for details.
        Expected elements: 'Architecture','Multi-Arch','Section','Priority','Essential','Depends','Recommends','Suggests','Enhances','Pre-Depends','Breaks','Conflicts','Provides','Replaces','Package-Type','Synopsis','Description'

(only filling a bug as I do not know if I manage to try to provide a
patch to our git repo for it).
