This should always point to the latest one installed via the CPAN shell
(e.g. when doing 'cpan install Algorithm::Diff).

We have (apparently) decided to use Tye McQueen's version, which is
apparently tagged as an UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE. This is a PAUSE issue - the
upload permissions need to be transferred to Tye McQueen from Ned Konz and
reindexed. (Correction: I just checked the permissions, TYEMQ has upload
permissions, but the releases are still tagged UNAUTHORIZED. I will ask the
PAUSE admins to reindex the distribution).
