% apt-file search GenBasR.ttf
fonts-sil-gentium-basic: /usr/share/fonts/truetype/gentium-basic/GenBasR.ttf
texlive-fonts-extra: /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/fonts/truetype/public/gentium/GenBasR.ttf

Ah, and we have ttf-sil-gentium-basic in Recommends, which probably should be
fonts-sil-gentium-basic now.

OTOH according to the reportbug output in the bugreport, both
packages are installed.
