libmath-int64-perl_0.26-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi,

We have to reject this package for the following reasons:

* c_api/perl_math_int64.[ch] are not under the Artistic/GPL-1+ license,
  as d/copyright claims, but are in the public domain, along with
  c_apy/typemap.

* strtoint64.h has a 3-clause BSD license.

* ppport.h seems autogenerated by Devel::PPPort, so there isn't
  corresponding source code for that file. Would it be possible
  to regenerate it at build-time?
