Comments regarding libio-html-perl_0.04-1_amd64.changes

Hi,

here some comments from our tireless ftptrainee:

d/copyright is machine-readable, but syntactically incorrect: it has a
stand-alone GPL-1 and Artistic paragraph, but the license text is
empty, the pointer to the full license is only in the Comment
field. My reading of the machine-readable spec suggests (and agrees
with lintian), that this is not valid.

The contents of Comment should be moved to the body of the License
field, or better yet, all the comments combined together with the
Files: * section, with pointers to both the artistic and the gpl1
license.
