There is a circular dependency between libswitch-perl, perl and perl-modules:

libswitch-perl 	:Depends: perl, perl-modules
perl 	        :Depends: perl-modules (>= 5.14.2-15)
perl-modules 	:Depends: perl (>= 5.14.2-1), libswitch-perl
