Dear Release team,

We have a security fix for CGI.pm planned for a DSA update in stable soon;
in order that we can plan the best way to get this fixed in unstable/testing
at the same time, please could you let us know whether we should base an
upload of this proposed 5.14.3 package, or a 5.14.2 package?

CCing #694519 which is a t-p-u request for the fix to be applied in
the separately packaged version of this module libcgi-pm-perl (there will
be a DSA update for this too).

Thanks,
Dominic.
