Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Dear Maintainer,

When "make test" find an initdb, 01connect test fails line 79/ It wants
an error and nothing is returned. When
/usr/lib/postgresql/9.1/bin/initdb isn't present, All works find.
