Excuse me for the lateness in the reply - Yes, I can confirm this now
works correctly! But just as a note (and unsure if this would warrant
reopening the bug), for this module to work as a module (and not as a
stand-alone program), I have to "use utf8::all", otherwise it still
encodes it wrongly.
