Nope.  I'm reasonably sure.

The thing is I've always run unstable on this box.
This:

> diversion by libmodule-corelist-perl to: /usr/share/man/man1/corelist.bundled.1.gz
> diversion by libmodule-corelist-perl from: /usr/share/man/man1/corelist.1.gz
> diversion by libmodule-corelist-perl to: /usr/share/man/man1/corelist.bundled.1.gz
> perl: /usr/share/man/man1/corelist.1.gz
> libmodule-corelist-perl: /usr/share/man/man1/corelist.1p.gz

tells me that the diversion came along with libmodule-corelist-perl.
So, restoring the perl man-page is what I want.  And I want to do it
properly.

I agree that this may be a non-issue for the vast majority.  In that
case, I'd need some guidance to manually resolve my problem.
