Did that actually worked for you?

If you still have the files around, could you send us the contained
dates in the manpages? I noticed due to the chat with Gregor that I
pointed you to 'zgrep 2012', but I would like to see also the date for
the spurious file (which seems to have date in 2011 for you :-)).

 $ zgrep 201 /usr/share/man/man1/corelist*
