Ok, perl is a breaker again. Why does it need perl 5.16? ANyway.
Biblatex is more or less under control, we can upload it at any time.

What do you need? biber 1.6 I guess, not biblatex 1.6.
And where do you want to get it from? From upstream git or from tar ball?
If you have already included 1.7, thenn you have to get a new upstream
tarball and go back to 1.6, or use branches.
Let me know *what* you want ot achieve!
I don't know what you want to do.
And - for Data::Diver, I guess that is still a hard dependency, right?
