Bug#573596: finally a solution

Hi,

this issue has been addressed in the latest release (0.57) of perl-ldap.

As there was no way to fix this with information already available,
I decided to add an additional option named 'sasl_host' to Net::LDAP's
constructor.

This way the caller can pass the SASL host name wanted to the server.

PS: maybe this is sufficient enoght reason to package perl-ldap 0.57 ;-)
