This package FTBFS with perl 5.18 from experimental (in a clean sbuild
session):

Can't locate object method "catfile" via package "File::Spec" (perhaps you forgot to load "File::Spec"?) at t/09-cgi.t line 19.

Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 2/2 subtests 

There is a patch on the RT ticket. Note that this looks like a perl
5.16 issue, so I'm not sure why it wasn't caught in earlier test
rounds.
